We create our award-winning craft cocktails at Earl Giles, an apothecary, canning company and distillery located in the heart of the Minneapolis Arts District. We develop, produce and can BIGYAY all under one roof.
There is also a bar and restaurant so come by and take a tour, a cocktail class or just enjoy some BIGYAY and delicious food:
Monday to Thursday: 3pm – 10pm
Friday & Saturday: 11am – 11pm
Sunday: 11am – 9pm
